Vincent Fraisse is one of the most accomplished figures in motorsport. A multiple world champion and winner at the highest level of karting, he has also competed in single-seaters and endurance racing, bringing elite-level experience from some of the most demanding environments in the sport.

As one of the early drivers to successfully bridge the gap from karting to cars, Vincent brings a rare 360° understanding of driver development. Since founding VF Motorsport Driver Academy in 2012, he has coached talented drivers across multiple categories, combining performance coaching, career guidance, data and simulator work, physical and mental conditioning, and operational support.
The goal is simple: to help each driver perform, progress, and build a lasting future in motorsport.
